Macaroni with Portobello Mushroom


  • Ingredients:
  • Macaroni 400g
  • Lean minced Beef 200g
  • Portobello Mushroom, sliced 2 pcs
  • Green Pepper, chopped  1pc
  • Tomato, chopped 2 pc
  • Onion, chopped 1pc 
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Suger 1/4 tsp

Directions:
1. In a large pan of water, add olive oil and salt, cook macaroni for 5 to 8 mins, according to the directions on the package
2. Marinate minced beef with pepper and sugar, stir fry over medium heat, set aside
3. Fry chopped tomato, onion, green pepper and portobello until soft, then add the minced beef, salt and pepper
4. Serve over macaroni
