洋葱雜菜湯




又濃又滑的洋葱雜菜湯,不用加忌廉也很滑呢!不過要靠厨房的小工具幫忙啊。

Ingredients:
Onion large 1pc Potatoes large 1 pc Carrot 1 pc Tomatoes large 1 pc A tiny bit of celery and ginger for its aroma
Water 1000 ml


Steps:
1. Wash and chop all in small pieces 2. Add to pan and boil with middle heat for around 20 mins or until soft. 3. Take out the ingredients and half cup of soup, let cool down before putting into blender 4. Blend until smooth 5. Put the smoothies back into the pan and boil with low heat for around 10 mins or until all smooth 6. Add salt and pepper to serve
