話梅花雕酒醉豬腳
今天做了前菜中最愛的「話梅花雕酒醉豬腳」。
第一口是清新的花香味,是話梅、杞子、紅棗、冰糖等配料
這是很容易弄的一道前菜,只是花時間,而且比在外面吃貴
選擇材料
● 選豬腳:前腳較多肉,最好買細切件的(大件的看來感覺很
● 花雕: 5年
● 話梅: 么 X,有幾種味道,可按自己口味選
● 配料: 可按自己口味加糟鹵汁、魚露或上湯、花椒、八角等調配
只要把豬腳出水、洗净、拔毛、慢火煮2小時

洋葱雜菜湯
又濃又滑的洋葱雜菜湯,不用加忌廉也很滑呢!不過要靠厨
Ingredients:
Onion large 1pc
Potatoes large 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Tomatoes large 1 pc
A tiny bit of celery and ginger for its aroma
Water 1000 ml
1. Wash and chop all in small pieces
2. Add to pan and boil with middle heat for around 20 mins or until soft.
3. Take out the ingredients and half cup of soup, let cool down before putting into blender
4. Blend until smooth
5. Put the smoothies back into the pan and boil with low heat for around 10 mins or until all smooth
6. Add salt and pepper to serve
