One-bite mini sandwiches 迷你一口三文治


One-bite mini sandwiches are perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea or even party!  It's delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
Bread    8 slices (around 2"x3")
Tomato 1 pc 
Mushroom  2 pcs
Cheese 2 slices (we use Mozzarella here)

Directions
1. Heat the 8 slices of bread on a frying pan with medium heat 
2. When one side is done, turn and place 1/4 pc of cheese on each bread, heat till the other side is done
3. Cut and chop the tomato and mushroom, lightly fry with olive oil, then put on top of the bread 
4. Sprinkle some herbs, ready to serve

雜菜三文治

這天做了一份漂亮又好吃的雜菜三文治早餐

做法很簡單:用烤箱或煎鍋將麵包烘熱,另外用橄欖油將雜菜輕炒,然後放在熱騰騰的麵包上,可隨意加芝士或蜜糖,這樣便完成了!

韓式泡菜麵醬鍋料理

今天早上到大澳行山,下午三時多才吃過午飯,黃昏回家還沒想吃,於是隨便弄了一個簡單的韓式泡菜麵醬鍋料理 ,料不到泡菜很開胃啊,最後吃了幾碗米粉呢!

三文治午餐

今天是星期天,平日午餐都是吃飯和麵食,這次來做一個清新三文治午餐吧!

材料有火腿、芝士和生菜,簡單又快捷,加一杯熱檸檬水,渡過了感覺暖暖的一個中午。
